Cartel Bushnell and Leo Knight, previously sentenced to nine years for the manslaughter of rapper Mikey Roynon, have had their convictions quashed by the Court of Appeal due to a critical error in jury directions. While their convictions were overturned, Shane Cunningham’s murder conviction stands, as he claimed self-defense during the incident at a 16th birthday party in Bath, Somerset.
