Two homeless men fatally shot near downtown L.A.’s Skid Row

Two homeless men were fatally shot in downtown L.A. near Skid Row early Saturday morning, with the shooting occurring around 12:50 a.m. in the 500 block of South Los Angeles Street. LAPD Officer Jeff Lee stated that both victims were shot multiple times, and a third victim refused medical treatment and was uncooperative. The shooting took place in front of the Cloud Smoke Shop, where workers reported drug use in the area and described the neighborhood as dangerous.
