Two fatalities, one hospitalized after car enters icy river

Two people were killed when a Ford Fiesta crashed off a road in Kent and landed in a cold river, with a third person hospitalized. One victim is believed to be a young girl, and friends have paid tribute at the scene. Emergency services responded around 8:30 PM, and the car was later retrieved from the river, where three other vehicles from separate incidents were also found. The Met Office warned of dangerous driving conditions due to freezing temperatures in the area.
