Trump says he’s speaking with Putin today

President Trump announced a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin amidst a U.S. pause on certain weapons shipments to Ukraine, attributed to dwindling military stockpiles. This decision follows a Pentagon review, with Trump also expressing frustration towards both Putin and Ukrainian President Zelenskyy as the conflict continues.
