Triple murder in Brossard: Motive is unknown, prosecutor tells jury

Mohamad Al Ballouz, 38, is on trial for the murders of wife Synthia Bussières and their two sons, Zac, 2, and Eliam, 5, in Brossard on Sept. 24, 2022. The Crown alleges that Bussières was stabbed first, followed by the killing of the children. Al Ballouz, who now identifies as a woman, is representing herself in court and cross-examining witnesses while maintaining her innocence.
