In a tragic climbing accident in Washington’s North Cascades, Anton Tselykh, 38, survived a fall that killed his three companions—Vishnu Irigireddy, 48, Tim Nguyen, 63, and Oleksander Martynenko, 36—while descending the Early Winters Spires.
