Xtreme Gaming, Team Spirit, and Team Liquid emerged victorious in their two matches on the first day of The International 2024, a $2.4 million Dota 2 tournament held in Copenhagen, Denmark. The tournament features 16 teams, with six invited and 10 qualifiers, split into four groups. Following group play over two days, eight seeding matches will take place to determine the top teams for the next stage of the competition.
