Daydreamers is an upcoming Vietnamese vampire horror film set in modern-day Saigon, focusing on Nhat, a young vampire from a secretive riverboat community. Tempted by his estranged brother to embrace city nightlife, Nhat breaks vampire law to protect a rebellious girl who uncovers his secret, leading to dire consequences. Directed by Timothy Linh Bui and featuring Chi Pu, Trinh Thao, Thuan Nguyen, and Tran Ngoc Vang, the film explores themes of loyalty and identity, opening in select U.S. theaters on May 2 and later on Digital on June 3 via Dark Star Pictures.
