A 24-year-old Toronto man is facing charges after a tow truck fatally struck a pedestrian in December. The incident occurred in the Weston-Rogers Rd. area, where the man was operating a tow truck that struck a pedestrian waiting to cross the road, leading to the pedestrian also hitting another vehicle. Michael Rodrigues has been arrested and charged with dangerous operation of a conveyance causing death.
