Toronto man, 31, identified as victim of fatal North York shooting

A 31-year-old Toronto man, Devon Brumble, was identified as the victim of a fatal shooting in North York. The incident occurred in an underground parking garage in the Yonge St.-Sheppard Ave. area, where the victim was found with life-threatening injuries and later died in the hospital.
