Monday’s racing features three all-weather cards from Lingfield, Newcastle, and Wolverhampton, where Dunstan aims for a fifth consecutive win.
7.00 Wolverhampton – Dunstan goes for fifth win
Dunstan is looking to secure a fifth win in the Get The Inside Track With Raceday-Ready.com Handicap (7.00).
Since joining Barry Brennan’s yard, Dunstan has been performing exceptionally well. This course and distance winner has won his last four races, showing just enough to stay ahead. Despite the increase in weights, he continues to defy odds and could emerge victorious once again.
Per Contra is a standout competitor, with the Wathnan Racing three-year-old impressively winning his first two races. Despite a disappointing performance last time, he has the potential to bounce back, especially with James Doyle as his partner.
Ville Natale is aiming for a double after a recent win at Chelmsford in late January. Although facing tougher competition in this race, she finished strongly in her last outing. This Nathaniel colt could have more to offer.
2.50 Newcastle – Aerospace and Loyal Touch face off
Aerospace and Loyal Touch will compete in the Free Digital Racecard At Raceday-Ready.Com Handicap (2.50).
Archie Watson’s Aerospace made a strong debut for Archie Watson with a win in his last race at Wolverhampton. As a lightly raced five-year-old, he may continue his success on his handicap debut.
Loyal Touch, a course and distance winner from his recent run at Newcastle, narrowly beat Isle Of Sark last time. With valuable experience on his side and a lower weight than his previous win, he could perform well in this race.
Westernesse narrowly missed out on victory last time, finishing third behind the improving Asgard’s Captain. With a win three starts ago, he could surprise in this race with Jason Watson as his partner.
4.00 Lingfield – Target Man debuts for Amo Racing
Amo Racing introduces their promising two-year-old, Target Man, in the Sky Sports Racing Sky 415 / EBF Novice Stakes (4.00).
George Boughey’s Target Man, ridden by Billy Loughnane, is a half-brother to a US Grade 3 winner and was acquired for 325,000gns as a yearling.
Kuwaitya showed promise in her debut, finishing second at Newcastle. As a full-sister to the successful two-year-old Muqtahem, she could deliver a strong performance.
Roysdelight had a decent run before fading in the Brocklesby. He will need to improve and step up his game in this race.
