TMK Energy has reported an 18% increase in gas flow rates at its Gurvantes coal seam gas project in Mongolia, with gas production rising to 466 cubic metres per day in November. The company has achieved four consecutive months of improved flow rates since implementing a revised reservoir management plan, indicating effective depressurisation techniques. Additionally, TMK completed its 2025 exploration program, confirming the coal seam gas system extends east of Nariin Sukhait. Plans for a 2026 drilling program are underway to further enhance gas production and accelerate depressurisation.
