Three charged after soup thrown at Van Gogh paintings in National Gallery

Three individuals, Stephen Simpson, Phillipa Green, and Mary Somerville, have been charged for throwing soup at two Van Gogh paintings at the National Gallery. They are scheduled to appear in Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday as per the Metropolitan Police. This incident follows the recent arrest of other Just Stop Oil supporters for damaging another Van Gogh artwork.
