Thousands rally in Israel for Gaza hostages on 600th day of war

Thousands gathered in Tel Aviv on Wednesday, marking the 600th day since the war began, to support hostages held in Gaza and demand a ceasefire for their release. Among the attendees was Yair Horn, a former hostage whose brother remains captive, urging Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to act. Demonstrations occurred across the city, including at kibbutz Nir Oz, where residents lamented the ongoing captivity of their loved ones, highlighting that out of 251 hostages seized, 57 are still in Gaza, with 34 believed dead.
