After missing out on the previous season due to injury, Spencer Morin returned to help the St. Clair Saints win their fourth consecutive OCAA baseball championship, earning tournament MVP honors. Morin’s standout performance in the gold-medal game, going three-for-four with two runs scored and a run driven in, led the Saints to a 4-2 victory over the Lambton Lions. Despite facing challenges, including a close 10-9 win in the opening tournament game, Morin’s resilience and leadership were key in securing the title for St. Clair.
