Paramount Pictures has announced a second delay for The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender, pushing its release from January 30, 2026, to October 9, 2026, following an earlier postponement from October 10, 2025. Although no reason was given for the delay, the change allows for a more favorable fall release, as the slot was previously occupied by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem 2, which has now been moved to September 17, 2027. The film retains its original cast and crew, and Netflix is renewing its live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender for two additional seasons.
