Over 450 guests were invited to President Biden’s state dinner for President William Ruto, including business executives, musicians, UN leaders, community organizers, and scholars.
Former President Obama also attended, although not on the official guest list provided by the White House.
The event included President and Dr. Biden, as well as other dignitaries.
