Ten people have died after sudden strong winds capsized four tourist boats in Guizhou province, China, resulting in 84 people being thrown into a river. The last missing individual was found without vital signs, while 74 others were rescued, and 70 people were hospitalized for non-life-threatening conditions. In response, nearly 500 rescue workers were deployed, and Chinese President Xi Jinping urged authorities to improve safety measures to prevent such accidents at tourist sites and public venues.
