Three advanced paediatric trainees at Perth Children’s Hospital, Abigail Hudson, Catherine Honey, and Joo Anne Chiam, have been awarded the 2026 Telethon Trust Fellowships to conduct research aimed at enhancing children’s healthcare. Dr. Hudson will focus on creating multilingual anaphylaxis resources, Dr. Chiam will explore ultrasound for collarbone fractures to reduce radiation exposure, and Dr. Honey will investigate factors influencing severe bronchiolitis in infants.
