22-year-old Indian student Sai Teja Nukarapu was fatally shot while working at a petrol pump in Chicago, prompting shock and demands for action from the Consulate General of India. The victim, pursuing an MBA in the US, was helping a friend when the incident occurred. The Telugu Association of North America is assisting, and his remains are expected in India next week, following a recent similar incident involving another Indian student in Ohio.
