His selfless act was captured on video by a customer, Maria Mendoza, who later launched a crowdfunding campaign that raised over $200,000 to support Baker’s dream of becoming a master auto mechanic. Additionally, the Burger King Foundation awarded Baker and Mendoza $10,000 each, highlighting the impact of his integrity and dedication.
