A 13-year-old girl in Singapore is under investigation after using an e-vaporiser containing the anaesthetic etomidate outside the State Courts, exhibiting erratic behavior. The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) identified the girl and confiscated the vape, also arresting the 25-year-old seller who provided the vape, along with his wife. Singapore prohibits the purchase, possession, and use of vapes, with penalties including fines up to S$10,000 and imprisonment for those caught with vapes containing controlled substances.
