This policy will focus on implementing area-specific schemes, starting with hills in Erode and Kallakurichi districts, with a ₹10 crore allocation. Additionally, the government has supported over 2,000 SC and ST entrepreneurs with capital subsidies under the Annal Ambedkar Business Champions Scheme and increased funding for the CM-ARISE scheme, with a total department budget increase to ₹3,924 crore for 2025-26.
