Syrian insurgents capture four central towns as government forces reclaim some territory

Syrian insurgents captured four towns near Hama, while government forces regained some lost territory; Turkey’s president called for political engagement to prevent further escalation. The offensive, led by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and Turkey-backed fighters, has brought insurgents closer to Hama and captured parts of Aleppo and Idlib.
