Over the last two days, more than 100 combatants were killed in northern Syria in clashes between Turkish-backed groups and Syrian Kurdish forces, with 85 pro-Turkish fighters and 16 Kurdish fighters among the dead. The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) repelled attacks from Turkish forces, while Turkey claimed to have “neutralised” 32 Kurdish fighters.
