US President-elect Donald Trump may take the oath of office inside the Capitol Rotunda on Monday due to forecasts of intense cold weather in Washington, D.C. The move, last seen in 1985 during President Ronald Reagan’s inauguration, comes as temperatures are expected to reach record lows and wind chills in the single digits. Alternate plans are being made for the hundreds of thousands of guests expected to attend the inauguration, while Trump has also planned to hold a rally at the Capital One Arena and host a modified inaugural parade.
