WASHINGTON —

The Supreme Court has decided to hear oral arguments regarding President Trump’s attempt to fire Federal Reserve board member Lisa Cook, allowing her to remain in office until a ruling is made by June. Trump claims he acted “for cause” based on fraud allegations, which Cook denies, and lower courts previously sided with her in this litigation.
