Support welcomed for southern farmers

Federated Farmers welcomes the Government’s additional support for farmers and growers in Southland and parts of Otago following severe wet weather. Up to $50,000 in funding is available as the current weather conditions are deemed a medium-scale adverse event. Federated Farmers Otago president Luke Kane sees this support as a morale booster for those affected by the challenging conditions.
