Sudan is facing the world’s largest humanitarian crisis as its civil war, now in its third year, devastates its 51 million people; tens of thousands are dead, and millions face famine and displacement. Recently, RSF attacks in Darfur resulted in over 400 deaths and further displacement, highlighting the severe violation of humanitarian laws and the international community’s inaction. Despite efforts to revive peace talks, Sudan remains largely ignored on the global stage, exacerbating the ongoing humanitarian disaster.
