Suburban Chicago elections: Two controversial politicians ousted

Two high-profile politicians, Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard and Homer Township Supervisor Steve Balich, were ousted in reelection bids this week. Henyard lost to village Trustee Jason House, who campaigned on cleaning house, while Balich failed in his reelection bid. Despite their losses, both officials will remain in their current political roles for now.
