Jill Biden’s ex-husband charged with wife’s murder

William “Bill” Stevenson, the ex-husband of former First Lady Jill Biden, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of his wife, Linda Stevenson, following a domestic dispute reported on December 28. Police found Linda, 64, unresponsive, and she was later pronounced dead. Stevenson, 77, was indicted after a weeks-long investigation and is currently held on a $500,000 bail. Bill Stevenson was married to Jill Biden for five years before their divorce in 1975.
