A 15th victim has died from injuries sustained in the UPS plane crash at Kentucky’s Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport, bringing the total death toll to 15. The crash occurred as the McDonnell Douglas MD-11 aircraft was taking off for Honolulu, with the left engine and pylon separating from the wing, causing a fire and eventual crash. The NTSB found signs of fatigue cracks and over-stress failure in the left engine pylon. Three crew members and 11 people on the ground were killed, with 23 others injured.
