An upstate New York man, Christopher Moynihan, who was pardoned by President Trump for his actions during the January 6 Capitol riot, has been arrested for allegedly threatening to kill House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. Moynihan, charged with making a terroristic threat, is the first pardoned Capitol rioter to face arrest for political violence and is being held on $10,000 bail.
