A Utah truck driver, Jacob Ortell Scott, 28, was arrested after two young girls, aged 12 and 14, were found locked inside his refrigerated trailer following a traffic accident in Lindon. They had been trapped for nearly two hours in temperatures as low as 29.5 degrees; Scott was held without bail due to concerns he posed a substantial danger to others.
