Two children died after a barge collided with their sailboat in Miami Beach, causing it to capsize in Biscayne Bay. Of the six individuals onboard, two were pronounced dead at the hospital, two are in critical condition, and the incident is under investigation by the Coast Guard and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
