Despite defense claims that the footage was manipulated, the judge ruled there was no unfair prejudice to Combs. His defense strategy includes portraying him as a “swinger” to justify inviting prostitutes, while Combs denies the charges and asserts that his sexual encounters were consensual, with jury selection set to begin on May 5.
