A Cessna 180G plane crashed in Trilla, Illinois, on April 19, 2024, killing four occupants from Menominee, Wisconsin, after reportedly striking powerlines. The victims, identified as Ross R. Nelson, Raimi A. Rundle, Courtney L. Morrow, and Michael H. Morrow, were pronounced dead at the scene. The NTSB is investigating the crash, focusing on the pilot, aircraft, and operating environment, with a probable cause report expected in 12 to 24 months.
