Storm Herminia is now hitting the UK with thunderstorms and 82mph winds, leading to flood alerts and flight cancellations, with British Airways grounding 26 flights at London Heathrow affecting 3,000 to 4,000 passengers. Northern Ireland’s first minister described the damage caused by Storm Eowyn as “unprecedented on every level.”
