An internal cable instructs employees to submit detailed, anonymous reports of such bias, sparking concern among officials about fostering a culture of fear and the flawed premise of widespread anti-Christian bias. Critics, including the Interfaith Alliance, argue that while the order seeks to address stigma against Christians, it risks legitimizing discrimination against marginalized groups.
