The U.S. State Department has urged Americans in the Middle East to leave immediately amid ongoing airstrikes by the U.S. and Israel on Iranian targets, which have led to the closure of several U.S. embassies and consulates. The conflict has resulted in significant casualties, with six U.S. service members reported dead and over 200 people killed in Iran.
