Man in critical condition after fall from Otago University building

A man is in critical condition after falling 10 meters from the University of Otago’s Centre for Innovation building in Dunedin. Emergency services responded to the incident around 12:10 AM and transported the injured individual to the hospital. The area has been cordoned off as investigations continue. St John Ambulance confirmed their involvement in the emergency response.
