Cassandra King, thrilled to be in her first trimester after years of trying to conceive, faced a life-threatening medical crisis during a babymoon in Jamaica. Diagnosed with spontaneous coronary artery dissection, her heart was only pumping 25% of its volume, leading doctors to recommend terminating her pregnancy, which she refused.
