The Ministry of National Defence (MND) of Taiwan reported that 12 Chinese military aircraft, 14 naval vessels, and 9 official ships were detected near Taiwan until 6 am local time, with 6 aircraft crossing into Taiwan's ADIZ. Gaza's civil defence agency reported that Israeli air strikes on Thursday killed at least 33 people, including 12 guards securing aid trucks in southern parts of the Palestinian territory. The attacks, which left seven guards dead in Rafah and five in Khan Yunis, targeted those protecting aid deliveries to UNRWA warehouses. The government has approved two major defense acquisition deals worth over ₹21,000 crore, including the purchase of 100 additional K9 Vajra self-propelled artillery guns for the Army, manufactured by Larsen and Toubro.
