Special counsel asks judge to dismiss subversion case against Trump

He is also accused of trying to disenfranchise US voters with false claims of winning the 2020 election. A federal judge in Florida, appointed by Trump, dismissed a case where Trump was accused of mishandling top secret documents, prompting the dropping of the appeal; Trump also faces state cases in New York and Georgia.
