A 65-year-old woman from Southern California was arrested in downtown South San Francisco for allegedly running a brothel out of an apartment after a weeks-long investigation by detectives from the Criminal Interdiction Unit. The detectives conducted a surveillance operation and were able to confirm reports of the active brothel. On September 5, detectives served a search warrant as part of the investigation.
