A 13-year-old boy stole his parent’s car in South Pasadena and led police on a brief chase, reaching speeds of 65 miles per hour before pulling over in Highland Park with a teenage passenger. The teen driver and his parent were cited for reckless evading and have an upcoming court appearance with the Los Angeles County Probation Citation Diversion Program.
