Investigations and arrests continue after South Korean disgraced ex-President Yoon Suk-yeol’s failed bid to impose martial law.
A former South Korean prime minister, Hwang Kyo-ahn, and ex-spy chief Cho Tae-yong have been arrested for their roles in the controversial martial law declared by ex-President Yoon Suk-yeol. Hwang faces charges of insurrection while Cho is accused of failing to report knowledge of the martial law plans.
