Protesters in Seoul demand the arrest of impeached President Yoon Suk Yeol as authorities attempt to detain him over a martial law decree. The warrant for his detention is valid through Monday, but enforcing it is complicated as long as Yoon remains in his official residence. Charges of rebellion are being considered against him after he declared martial law and was subsequently impeached. The Corruption Investigation Office for High-Ranking Officials says detaining Yoon is virtually impossible without cooperation from the presidential security service.
