A Dubai-based developer, DAMAC International, plans to build a 12-story luxury condominium project called The Delmore on the site where the Champlain Towers South collapsed in Surfside, Fla., killing 98 people in June 2021. The project is set to be completed by 2029, featuring 37 “mansions” with units averaging 7,000 square feet and starting at $15 million.
