Former NFL star Mike Vick is in talks to become the new head coach of Sacramento State as the university plans to move up to the FBS with over $50 million in NIL funds. Vick, who also interviewed with Norfolk State, is known for his time at Virginia Tech and the Falcons before serving time in prison for a dog-fighting operation, eventually coming back to the NFL and retiring in 2017. He has since been an advocate against animal cruelty and works as an NFL analyst for Fox Sports.
